Public Relations Specialist

Job Duties:

Create, promote, and maintain a positive public image for the company by crafting media releases and developing promotion programs to shape public perception and increase awareness of company’s brand and services. Specifically:

  • Based on the objectives and client groups and audiences of the company, develop and implement promotional and communication plans to improve public image and recognition of company’s brand and services.
  •  
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key clients, business partners, and media to grow industry awareness of company’s brand and to develop potential opportunities for cooperation or partnership.
  •  
  • Plan, create, and develop suitable informative programs and channels to improve public perceptions of company’s services by creating new looks and feel for all company’s communication materials and social media platforms.
  •  
  • Work closely with the marketing team and external PR resources to develop creative and integrated programs, campaigns, and events to promote company’s services.
  •  
  • Evaluate advertising and promotion programs and PR materials to determine whether they are compatible with company’s public relations efforts.
  •  
  • Generate and maintain a steady volume of press releases, pitches, and articles that support company’s services, and establish and maintain a database of public relations contacts and distribution outlets.
  •  
  • Perform other duties as signed, such as plan and manage communications budgets and develop public relations processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a closely related field.
